The bed was comfortable. A man entered my room while I was in bed and my door was locked. Where is the privacy? Who else entered?

The location is good. The cleaning and staff treatment were poor.

The place is in a great spot, the room is spacious and spotless, yet there’s no elevator—so if we had a child with a disability we’d be stuck, the room gets very hot, and we can hear every conversation from the room next door.
