The building itself is beautiful. Set in 24 acres of gardens. Looks like Downton Abbey on approach. The Stables Bar and Restaurant on site is ideal for an evening meal, especially after a long journey. All dtaff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in close proximity to the Beamish Experience, definitely worth a visit. Several pubs and restaurants are a short drive away, We visited Durham Cathedral and Raby Castle. After a day out, it was nice to return 'home', to our accommodation at Beamish Hall Hotel. Definitely recommend. N/A

“Can’t wait to return”

Beautiful building and gardens, lovely terrace to sit in the sun with a glass of wine, fantastic food, lovely big, clean comfortable room with lots of character. Amazing staff who went above and beyond especially when I left my jewellery behind and the got it back to me, thank you Julie. I would love a teapot in the room to make tea and fresh milk

“What a beautiful hotel with amazing staff”

Wow on arrival at the gate gardens are in amazing condition. They laid out with flowers and lawns well kept. On entry to the hotel your greeted by the very helpful receptionist. Iris room is a quality space well appointed with views over the front of the hotel. The stables restaurant is highly recommend all staff were impeccable in their work. I couldn't fault any of the staff members they made our stay enjoyable Fantastic location next to the beamish museum. Nothing
