The location was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the indoor‑outdoor middle sitting area. It was a wonderful stay. The only downside was that the shower had no door, so it was hard to stay warm unless I stayed under the water.

The place was super convenient, just a short walk to 42nd Street and Times Square, and the rooms were a decent size; I stayed in a king suite but the bed wasn’t that comfy.

The hotel’s spot is great, just a short walk from Times Square and the Hudson, and the nearest subway lets you reach any attraction quickly. The rooms were huge and spacious, which is rare in New York, but our friends who shared the two Kingsize standard rooms got stuck with a broken air‑conditioner, making the suite sweltering and impossible to sleep in; even the portable unit couldn’t cool the large space.
