The bar staff were the best!!! <3 And the reception team were super friendly as well.

The room was great and the pool was a decent size with enough loungers regardless of arrival time, and the buffet was excellent. However, the room was noisy; we faced the elevator and could hear it when it was called, plus the hallway and the neighboring room were audible.

It was close to the city center, with only transport needed, and the service was wholehearted, going above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. The pool area offered light drinks, strong drinks, and good cocktails, plus free ice cream and snacks that upgraded our room to a sea‑view room, which was a very nice addition. The downside was that there was no towel service at the pool; you had to buy or bring your own. The curtain in the room was not fully closed, so when the sun came out the room was full of light.
