The swim‑up bar at the pool was nice. I was double‑charged for breakfast and the customer service was not great; they need a better breakfast buffet. Also there is only one small elevator to the guest rooms.

The service was excellent, check‑in was seamless, the staff—especially Freddy—were great, and the location suited us perfectly; the food was exceptional 👍, but there was no cable on the TV.

I never liked anything about the place. The location was too far from town centre and I spent a lot of money on gas driving back and forth. Beware of the bait and switch! The room was advertised as 1,300 sf, but when I arrived I got a studio of about 300 sf with no windows. I told the front desk about the deception and the manager, Ludwick, promised an upgrade the next day, but he completely failed to keep that promise. I will never stay here again! Beware!
