The bed was comfy and the bathroom, especially the dual shower head, was handy, but the staff was rude when we asked for our room to be prepared and it wasn’t, plus housekeeping took an item I had left behind. The hotel is advertised as a 4‑star property, but it really feels like a 3‑star.

The spot is close to the beach, the room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and bike rental was included. I ran into a payment and deposit problem, didn’t receive any emails or messages, and had to call the hotel multiple times before they resolved it.

The hotel staff were very friendly, they gave complimentary water bottles, the location and facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was great; they made our stay spectacular.

The room was very comfortable and bright, everything else was fine, especially the staff and Alejandro at the front desk; everyone was super friendly and met all our needs. The only improvement would be a more varied and complete breakfast, perhaps adding Starbucks coffee to the already paid breakfast price. It was very quiet for eating.

The location was excellent, the cost‑benefit was good, and the staff were very attentive. The cleaning and reception staff were great, especially Jonny, Christopher and Alejandro.
