The freedom to come and go as we pleased, the close proximity to restaurants and the sea were great. The couple was friendly, the breakfast was outstanding, and the owners were generous with parking the motorcycle. The lighting in the room felt a bit dim; although they appreciated the economical bulbs, the lack of curtains meant the drapes stayed closed most of the time and the lack of brightness was noticeable. That small detail didn’t change our overall opinion. Still, kudos!

The host was fabulous and served a fantastic breakfast; the location is perfect for exploring Normandy beaches and nearby areas, and the room was lovely and comfortable, though only two towels were provided.
