The location is great and the room is much larger than average. The price is very low and there are plenty of amenities, including face creams, skincare products and masks. The windows in the rooms are boarded up, so there is no natural light. It is impossible to adjust the air‑conditioner temperature, making the room very cold. The building feels quite dated and not very clean. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. There is no proper reception, and most of the staff do not speak English (the hotel is meant for short stays).

These places are actually meant for hookups or quick get‑aways, but this one sits in a fantastic spot, has great rooms and plenty of amenities, so I can’t fault it. I booked it by accident years ago without knowing what they were, but they’re worth staying at!

The location is convenient—10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station, with many nearby convenience stores. Check‑in was quick and respectful, and check‑out was completely fast. Privacy was absolute. The rooms were clean, stylish, spacious, well‑furnished, comfortable and pleasant. The shower included a Jacuzzi bath. The facilities were convenient. It was a nice place to relax, and I enjoyed staying there.
