The place is right on the beach, and you can snorkel right outside the accommodation. The owners are a loving local family. The room is spacious, and there’s a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was the lack of hand soap.

The property was excellent, bang opposite to the sea, which is directly accessible, and the host was very helpful and recommended great places, we were treated like a family, there were two cute kids who accompanied us to the beach water as my wife was not scared of the sea, they literally escorted here lol, it was fun place to stay and surely coming back and staying here if I am visiting Nusa penida. All good

I love this place and would have stayed another week if I could. My husband and I enjoyed four wonderful days here. The host is attentive, diligent, and very considerate. The garden is well‑kept and beautifully laid out. Supermarkets and good restaurants are within walking distance, and we especially enjoyed dining at Tapasita. The food was fresh and high quality, the service friendly and quick, and the atmosphere dreamy. The terrace at Penyon Beach House offers a stunning view. The room is spacious, immaculately clean, and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning and Wi‑Fi work reliably. The highlight is the reef: at high tide, between 11:00 and 14:00, you can step directly from the terrace stairs into the water and start snorkeling right away. If you don’t care much about manta rays, you don’t need to visit another reef. We tried five other spots, but none surpassed the reef right outside the door. For snorkel lovers, this is the first choice! I can recommend it without reservation to all other guests. The streets in this area are very narrow, so it takes some getting used to being close to cars, which affects anyone walking to restaurants. Otherwise, the host has a reliable driver.
