“Belle découverte”
The staff were very pleasant, the restaurant quality was good with both dishes and wines, the room was spacious, and parking was free; watch out for the outdoor stairs—some tiles shift near the restaurant and the steps back to the rooms are uneven.
The welcome and cleanliness were good, but there was no elevator to reach the rooms.

The location is perfect for exploring Chinon, the place is very quiet, the room was clean and the welcome was great! The highlight was the excellent pastries. The only downside was that the breakfast time could have been extended by a little bit.

The pastries were fine, but the ham was industrial; the director was dishonest—double bookings caused by a computer error, he promised to cancel one after a written request from booking but never did, and we were never told about it.
