The area is beautiful, rich in history and culture, with excellent restaurants in nearby villages and towns. The swimming pool and extensive garden are great, and the beds in the 16th‑century main house are comfortable, especially in the large breakfast room by the chimney; there aren’t many other common spaces. The host’s personality is historically and culturally knowledgeable. The guest apartments are in separate houses, a bit dark, with worn‑out furniture but still comfortable beds. It’s not a good spot for hanging out in bad weather, and the internet in Umbria/Toscana is fairly bad. The host’s rules require guests without a booked breakfast to pay for bed sheets, pillowcases, and blanket covers. A kitchen cabinet with sink, gas stove, and fridge costs an extra €40 per stay, and using the AC costs €18 per day.

l'accoglienza del proprietario e della famiglia è stata top. Camera monolocale minimal ma provvista di tutto. Colazione ottima con prodotti principalmente di loro produzione. Posizione ottimale per chi cerca tranquillità. La struttura è provvista anche di una piscina all'aperto molto carina. niente da segnalare

The place is surrounded by greenery, well‑maintained and welcoming. Beautiful! The tub with the canopy isn’t hygienic, in my opinion.
