Very close to popular IT parks making commute easy. Room lacks proper ventilation, AC not working, no towels, bathroom mats, water bottle, wardrobes full of cockroaches, swamp smell, bed cover, quilts and pillow covers not washed, window screen very dirty, nothing acceptable.
