The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly. The facilities are beautiful, modern, and spacious. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay

The hotel needs a renovation. I have stayed there three times over the years. The rooms are getting old. Everything else is very good. Location is great, walkable to Wangfujing. Staff is great! Very patient, friendly, kind, and helpful! They do go out of their ways to help guests!
