I stayed at this B&B for work and overall it was a solid experience. The room was a clear highlight: spacious, clean, tidy and functional, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom was well organized. The staff running the place were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The internet connection was another big plus, fast enough for work needs. Its location is convenient for airport access, not too far, though not exactly a stone’s throw away. Nearby, several shops are handy for breakfast or dinner. The only area that could use improvement is breakfast, which feels rather basic and mostly packaged items; a richer, more thoughtfully prepared spread would add value. Regarding room rearrangement and towel changes, you have to request them; I didn’t need it because I stayed alone and kept the room neat, and I had two sets of towels available. 😄 It’s not a major complaint, but clearer communication about the service schedule would help avoid confusion.

Everything was pretty good, the staff were very kind and the room was very spacious. The only thing I’d tweak is the room check‑out process: after leaving the keys as instructed, we were locked in the condominium entrance with no way to exit because the door wouldn’t open, so I had to ring a neighbor to get it opened.

The room was good, modern, with a comfortable bed. I paid extra for a late arrival. We got there and no one was around; the “accommodation” (a room with a bathroom) is on the ground floor of a residential building. We waited an hour and a half for someone from the building to help us; they called someone, gave a phone number, and we finally reached a person. About five minutes later, they said they couldn’t find a reservation, claiming a mistake, while the residents warned about possible scams. Then a woman came and told us our booking was confirmed. They handed us the room quickly, cleaned it, and it was correct, but being without accommodation at midnight in some part of Naples was unpleasant.

This place should be removed. When we arrived, we thought it was in the middle of Gotham. We were scared to get out of the car and didn’t even go inside. Even though we didn’t stay because of security concerns, we were charged the full amount.
