The location is perfect, the breakfasts are tasty, and the service is friendly. However, there are aspects that need upgrading, such as the bathrooms and mattresses.

The place is great, the food is good 😂. It doesn’t photograph well.

The place is well‑located, but there was no TV and the room didn’t have tea or coffee.

The view from the window was fantastic, with pine trees in the garden and dunes and the sea beyond; the beach access was close and the area was quiet. The room was clean and the cleaning ladies did a good job, changing towels every four days. Breakfast was tasty, though not very varied. Unfortunately, the staff treated guests as a given, and when I mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower, someone replied, “It’s summer.” I reported a problem and was met with “No one has complained before.” The main light in the room is two night‑lights that always work together (they’re not meant for that purpose). The terrace entrance has a high threshold and the terrace was full of needles that were only swept once during our ten‑day stay (there was no broom in the room; I would have swept it myself to make the terrace accessible). The terrace is shared with other rooms. The promised set of toiletries was just refillable dispensers of soap and shower gel. The carpet in the room and hallway was not to my taste, with visible old stains. During that period, the heating was not working, so on bad weather days I couldn’t dry my towels even though there was a dryer in the bathroom, which also didn’t work. Ventilation in the kitchen was poor, and the kitchen smells seeped into the hallway and lingered there.

The hotel is right on the beach. I didn't get the rooms I booked, which cost me an extra 700 Euro because the hotel told me all rooms were the same size. I had booked a sea‑view room and was told I would have to pay extra for the view on site, which I firmly refused. The common areas were only open during opening hours, so on bad weather days we had to stay in the room. The reception was not staffed 24 hours; we experienced a power outage that was not fixed for 8 hours.
