I’d love to stay there again.

No breakfast. I didn’t like anything. One bed had hair and the sheets weren’t clean; the neighbors were unbearably noisy, the wood creaked and everything could be heard, so I couldn’t sleep all night. The shower almost scalded me—the water was boiling and the temperature was terrible. Worst of all, on the second day they told me to leave, took my luggage, even though I’d already paid for three days. I had to grab a taxi from Birmingham and rush to get my stuff, with no one there to explain, and Booking only refunded me. I’ll never book with them again.
The room was lovely and the beds super comfy. Great location, easy to get to town. The owner communicated brilliantly and even went out of his way to return an item we’d left behind! I’d stay again.
The room was very nice and clean, and the rest of the property was good too—overall a nice place for a good price.

A perfect spot to see Liverpool—very central and the stay was very comfortable. Everything was clean, the staff were attentive and very pleasant.
