Stayed in a connecting room for 4 nights and 5 days—very comfortable and convenient! Will come back next time.

The hotel sits close to the subway and bus lines, making it easy to get around. The area is quiet, with nearby eateries and grocery spots. The staff are helpful, and it’s nice to be able to stay at the hotel to drop off luggage if you have a late flight. Free access to items like hair masks, face masks, teas, etc., is a plus. Cleaning was decent. A common issue in Japan is that the staff speak poor English, which can cause confusion. There aren’t many nice restaurants nearby; most are fast‑food. However, if you’re willing to walk 15‑20 minutes, you’ll find plenty of options, and there are several great neighborhoods just a couple of metro stops away, like Roppongi Hills.

Good place to stay near Hamamatsucho. Tucked away a little bit on a side street. Very good breakfast, if included in your rate. Maybe a little bit expensive. I think it could have been less expensive, related to other places I've stayed and prices I paid
