Residence Spillenberg Classic Room

Clear directions for arrival and a super welcoming reception. The large room is inside a historic building in the heart of the city. The décor is antique but not old or uncomfortable. It feels fresh and cozy. The owner is very kind and helpful. A truly beautiful place to base yourself in Levoca. Note that the parking in front of the building is paid; we parked there to drop off and then drove about 10 minutes to a city entrance parking spot. If we return to Slovakia, we will definitely come back here.

A completely amazing experience. Sleeping in the left‑handed White Lady’s bedroom was something special. The room is beautiful and stylishly furnished, with a historic atmosphere. The owner is excellent and very helpful. Great price and the location is perfect – right in the absolute center of Levoča opposite the Old Town Hall. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something unusual and authentic. Nothing to complain about; everything was excellent.

The owner was very friendly and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. He even gave us an extra blanket on request and told us where to eat well. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Levoča. We chose the accommodation not only for its ideal location but also for its cleanliness rating, and we were very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the floor was not vacuumed or swept thoroughly; there were spots of dirt in the bedroom and a few short black hairs on the bathroom floor. The trash bin in the bathroom was not emptied, and a shower gel was left on the shower head. The shower door had stains and was not cleaned. In the bedroom, there were particles on the headboard and on the windowsill, maybe some plaster residue. In the wardrobe, a drawer held an old curtain and door knobs. The room could not be heated with the electric radiator, only the gas radiator worked, and it was noisy all night. On the first day, it took about 20 minutes to get hot water.
