I had an event in Riviera and booked the place specifically to skip a late‑night drive, but when I arrived around 0:30 am the staff wouldn’t let me in. They said there were rooms free, yet they stuck to a rule that barred entry after that hour. The whole thing felt pretty cold – a clear lack of empathy from the front desk.

The unit next door was constantly noisy and the bathroom was a mess – the tiles were dirty and the grout turned into sludge when I showered, so water sprayed everywhere. Not a pleasant experience at all.
