The location was beautiful and the reception was very friendly from the moment we were picked up. However, there was no response when we asked to be picked up at a different time, so we had to wait on the parking lot at 11 am while the phone went unanswered.

The people and the animals were welcoming, and the warmth of the wood made the place cozy.

It has a lot of charm— the area, the little animals, the food, the staff, and even the room itself are great. The only downside is that you have to be carried around in a 4×4, which is actually a lot of fun. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended.
