Great location to hit the cultural promenade and a good breakfast. On our first night in town, after a walk on the promenade, we found the shower had no hot water, apparently it was broken. I sent a message to the hotel contact and got no reply even after 7 days since our stay; the receptionist had already left.

Service and cleanliness were good. We weren't told the street was blocked, so the access to the lodge was awful and risky.
