The beds and washrooms were clean, but no welcome drink was given even though it was promised. There was no wifi, again even though it was stated. No fruit platter was served for Sri Lanka, and breakfast was not served as promised. No fruit juice or porridge was offered at breakfast, and we received a towel with a stain on it.

Great staff and a good room with a balcony, but the toilet needs to be deep cleaned and maintained properly.

I liked absolutely nothing. The rooms were insufficiently cleaned and in bad shape overall. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, and clean place to stay.
