The breakfast was fine, but several lights and switches in the rooms were broken, showing poor maintenance. I booked a 24‑hour room yet only had internet for two hours. The bridge over the road to the airport was a hassle, the elevators were out of order and the staff seemed unaware. Carrying luggage was inconvenient.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bar area at the entrance was very pleasant. I liked everything.

The breakfast was sensational and the shower was wonderful; the location was perfect for those arriving at Congonhas airport. Cleaning the room took too long.
