“Funcionários atenciosos / tratamento de qualidade”
The atmosphere felt like a family home, and there was nothing else to mention.
“ACREDITO Q A POUSADA POSSA SER OTIMA, MAIS A LOCALIZAÇAO E PESSIMA”
I never even got to stay because, upon arrival in the neighborhood, I was met with a slum. When I asked for information, they told me the area was dangerous, and that the day before my arrival, on Thursday, there had been a shootout between the alleged groups Moçinho and Bandido. I couldn’t get in with the car window closed, and it was unsafe to walk around at night, so I found another inn in the city center and had to pay an extra two nights.
“Lugar lindo e aconchegante, mas podem investir em camas mais confortáveis”
The place is gorgeous, quiet, organized, and right in nature. Breakfast is simple but tasty. The bungalows are a decent size and have parking. It's actually a clay bungalow, not just a name. The bed was small, just a standard double, and not very comfy; pillows were super thin. And since it's in nature, expect bugs and mosquitoes.
A very good, cozy inn for those seeking tranquility, with excellent service and delicious coffee—perfect rating 100%.
“Ambiente com grande potencial, mas que tem margem para melhorar no serviço.”
The inn’s rustic charm and peaceful, nature‑surrounded setting were appealing, with birdsong greeting us each morning. Check‑in was smooth, and the front desk stayed helpful past the 8 p.m. closing time because we arrived a bit late. Breakfast was simple but served in a pleasant setting, and the nighttime lighting and gardens were lovely. However, we ran into several infrastructure issues that could have been caught earlier: the floor was dirty and filled with sand once we went barefoot, the fan made a loud noise that made it unusable, and the only bathroom light was burnt out. We also had a serious toilet clog that affected the sink drain, and the bedding had a strong odor that kept us from using the blanket the first night. Since we only noticed these problems at night, we couldn’t resolve them immediately. The next day the staff fixed everything we mentioned, but the numerous issues left a negative impression. Note that the bungalow is simple, with a straw roof, and the wall between the bedroom and bathroom doesn’t reach the ceiling, so anything that passes through the room can be seen—something to consider if you need more privacy or have a light sleep.
