“Enttäuschende all inklusive Abfertigung für die Massen”

Nothing positive. The all‑inclusive concept with arm‑bands is annoying. The food was terrible, the all‑inclusive wines cannot be drunk. Even the draft beer tasted like it had ice cubes. The beach is so far that you don't feel like going. You have to book pool loungers via app. The room wasn't as nice as the photo on Booking! I thought I booked an exclusive hotel but this is a mass‑service. Apparently 5 stars in Spain mean nothing.

The hotel is beautiful. No extravagance, simple and elegant design, very clean, and I was struck by how good everything smelled, absolutely everything, room service was incredible, and the staff from start to finish was impeccable.

Restaurant served lobsters for dinner, breakfasts were perfect, service was high, cleanliness was good, location was great, and the beach was nice. Nothing negative.

“Très agréablement surprise”

The location is wonderful! The staff are very attentive. The buffet is of good quality, the social activities are pleasant, the show ++++ is a wonderful singer. The building is huge and hard to navigate visually; fortunately we were in Prestige, which largely avoids the crowd effect. The spa is mediocre, the gym is basic.
