The staff were attentive, but you need to present a card in advance at reception for the charges made on the roof terrace to be loaded.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, but we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities or even to check out the rooftop terrace. The lift makes a great deal of noise when selecting floors, and the rooms next to the lifts suffer from this; it sounds like a fire alarm without battery. Luckily our room was changed after we requested it.
