The location and service were good, but the safe's position was on the floor, which was a huge discomfort for elderly people.

The location is perfect for exploring Ho Chi Minh City, the room is modernly furnished, minor issues were fixed right away, the breakfast was good, and the staff were generally friendly; Eric and Julie in particular left a very courteous and welcoming impression on me. I can highly recommend this hotel.
