The balcony rooms offered a stunning view, the hotel is very close to the center with a short walk shortcut, and the host arranged affordable excursions for us.

The garden setting feels like clouds, the balcony is wonderful, the owner supplied useful info, everything was quiet, clean, and restful, and you could stroll to town, but I wished there were more power outlets.

This was our best stay in Sri Lanka yet: they upgraded us to a better room with a mountain view at no extra cost, breakfast was outstanding, the staff were very friendly, and we’ll definitely return.

The view was amazing, the room was clean and spacious with a big bed, breakfast was delicious, and the owner was welcoming and helpful—he even gave us a free ride home after we walked back from town. We’d love to stay longer 😊
