The female staff were unfriendly, while the men were better. The location and female personnel were disappointing.

I booked a deluxe room, but the space felt more like 27 sqm, not the advertised 30 sqm, and the interior looked old, especially the bathroom. The room lacked the table and chair shown in the photos, and the front desk said each room varies, which made me feel cheated. The receptionist was unhelpful, kept sitting at the desk while I passed by, and never followed up on my requests. Once, a cleaning sticker was swapped from “clean up room” to “do not disturb,” and when I returned in the evening the room still wasn’t cleaned. The staff offered no explanation, just said the maid was at home and would clean the next day. On check‑out, the deposit took an unusually long time to return, and I had to ask why. Overall, the experience spoiled my mood and part of my vacation, and the hotel’s management clearly needs a complete overhaul.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to reach. The room is spacious and has plenty of space. The renovation is old, which is noticeable, but the price justifies it. Overall, it’s decent for what you pay. The bathroom needs repair.
