Some of the staff were friendly, and the room was clean, but that's where the positives ended. Despite being an adult-only hotel, I was treated like a kid – I wasn't allowed to drink from a glass, but had to use a plastic cup instead. When I brought my own cup, they made a fuss, but at least the pool bar staff were more lenient. What really bothered me was the fact that 90-95% of the guests were Russian, and the staff only spoke Russian, not English.

I was really impressed with the hotel's facilities, including the three clean pools and saunas. The staff were super friendly and caring, and the rooms were spotless and well-equipped. However, the food was a major letdown – it seemed like they were using cheap ingredients, which resulted in subpar taste most of the time. The cocktails in the bars were also a disappointment. And if you're not lucky enough to get a room far from the main pool, be prepared for loud music and noise every night.

The hotel staff and owner were super friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the market. However, the entertainment ended at 11 pm, and the bar wasn't free after midnight, which was a bit of a letdown.

The entertainment was great, but it was weird that the best shows were only on every other day. What really put a damper on things was the ridiculous policy of only serving drinks after 23:00 for a fee, and the staff were pretty reluctant to serve us during the day. And to make matters worse, the music stopped after 1 am.

Everything was amazing, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The hotel was new, the room was beautiful, and the pool was huge. The grounds were sprawling and the pool bar was in a central, yet quiet location. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was okay. The only thing that would've made it better was if they had water available in the restaurant fridges during the day.
