The staff were good and the food was safe and tasty, but smoking and non‑smoking rooms need to be clearly separated; a non‑smoking request shouldn’t land you in a room where people were smoking, and the bathroom needs a shower curtain or something to keep the space dry.

Even though guests outside the hotel couldn’t be entertained after 10:30 pm, we had no trouble getting in after 12 am and the staff were kind enough to help; as a small group of event planners, Hotel Grand Vista was the closest spot to our venue, so our stay was comfortable and convenient, though outside food and drinks were not allowed.

Parking was the biggest draw for me, but the AC’s water drip outside kept me awake during the night.

The place was a bad pick with a swarm of flies that made me worry about cleanliness, and the restaurant staff clearly need more training.
