The location and view of the Ponte Vecchio were stunning, the breakfast quality was excellent, the staff were very helpful, the bar services were good, the service quality was high, and the room comfort was great.

Everything was perfect, and I liked everything.

Breakfast was exquisite and the location unbeatable; we were thrilled to receive a river‑view room where we could photograph the old bridge bathed in sunrise and sunset light, hear music drifting from the bridge at night, and see General Manager Mr. Guido Balestra bustling around, always greeting guests at breakfast, though the Wi‑Fi in the room was a bit unstable, likely due to the building’s age.

Its location in the historic centre is so good that it can be a bit difficult to reach by car.
