The owners are a very nice family and we felt warmly welcomed by Volodia. The views were gorgeous and the place was quiet. We didn’t get the rooms we expected – there was no ensuite bathroom, the rooms were quite cold and humid because they had no heating. The ladder to reach the property looked unsafe, especially in the rain. On the first day we had no Wi‑Fi; we only got it the next day after we complained.

A cozy house with a separate entrance, offering a wonderful view of the mountains and the village. The room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very polite and attentive, speaking Russian, Georgian, and English fluently, making the interaction relaxed and easy. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality! I would love to return to this lovely house and the amazing region of Mountain Svaneti.

Spacious, comfortable room with an excellent view of the mountains and Mestia. The lady who welcomed us was kind and so was her son. He works with shared transport from Ushguli, which helped us a lot after the trek. A bit far from the centre and uphill, but nothing impossible considering we went to Mestia for 4 days of trekking 😂😂
