Check‑in went smoothly and the staff were cooperative. The in‑house kitchen was not operational at night, but that was acceptable.

Breakfast should offer more options. The location is always our favorite. Even though we informed the hotel of our expected arrival time ahead of time, the room wasn’t ready for double occupancy, the geyser didn’t work, and there were no drinking glasses provided by default.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable one‑day stay at this hotel. The room, cot, and washroom were clean, and all the amenities were good and functional. Nothing of any significance was lacking.

The staff were proactive and prompt, and they were humble. The rooms need refurbishment or renovation, and the linen and mattresses should be changed.
