The facility was clean, but the door keys didn’t always work.

The room was a good size, very quiet, and had a fridge and comfortable beds; we also appreciated that pets were welcome since we brought our little Westie. Breakfast was just okay—more protein options like hard‑boiled eggs or peanut butter on the bread would have helped, and the coffee cups were tiny, though we liked having lattes in addition to brewed coffee. Filtered water would have been nice too. The shower and bathtub area only had small samples of shampoo, conditioner, and bath products, which wasn’t enough for two people and produced extra waste. A recycling option on the property would also have been beneficial.

“It was acceptable, though it was far away from most of our activities. Close to airport though.”

The room was spacious with two queen beds, a fold‑out couch, a writing desk, and a TV. However, the room keys kept losing their ability to unlock the door, requiring us to “juice” them at least three times. There were no drawers for unpacking, but we managed. The shower/tub had a problem: once the shower was turned on, the tub started filling, and by the end of my shower I was standing in 9 inches of water, which I reported to the desk the next day. The website didn’t mention the lack of an elevator, so if we’d needed a wheelchair‑accessible room that would have been an issue. It also listed a business center that simply doesn’t exist.

We were very pleased with our stay at BridgePointe Inn & Suites! Our king suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would be delighted to stay here again sometime!
