We were told our reservation was confirmed, but after 10 days they asked us to cancel. They claimed they had other unadvertised rates, double the price, and a minimum stay requirement. Their communication was terribly rude; they told us not to come because they wouldn’t have a room for us, even though it was already confirmed. They didn’t even inform us that we wouldn’t be accommodated, which was just horrible. We lost other bookings and they didn’t take responsibility.
