Conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and the American Theater
The pool was amazing and the kids had a blast playing beside it
The room itself was spotless
My kids absolutely loved the outside pool and playground

Hotel was fine. Check in. Took over 1 hour. The staff was not able to deal with what I had booked easily at all and I had pre-checked in online
The entire place was great, yet the check‑in was horrible; they booked our room and then offered a discount or an upgrade.
“Would return for sure”
Loved the outdoor pool. The TV didn’t work, but there was nothing to watch on TV anyway.
“Long wait for a disappointment !”
The hotel was close to the pool area, but the first room I stayed in had bed bugs.
I think this hotel is one of the best around.
