The building was crumbling, the room was awful, we checked out early and moved to another hotel; the premises were dirty, poorly maintained, elevators and doors were broken, and it was a complete mess.

Everything was perfect, and there were no problems.

The staff were terrible; the hotel charged a $71.00 security fee that we never paid, we left the room clean so the cleaning crew had little to do, I called a few days later to dispute the charge and they said it wasn’t recorded on our end, and I’m still trying to resolve it.

The lobby on the ground floor was nice, but the bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush and water leaked from the ceiling. I’d like a refund for that.

Checking in was fast and the room felt very cozy, but the light in the doorway to the room was off. I mentioned it at checkout and was told it would be fixed.
