The beds were clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the staff; they helped with the service and with the bags for the Russian lady. But I never received the same treatment.

The spot was decent, and the room looked out onto an inner garden that let in plenty of light, so the bed felt comfy. The only laundry option was to pay 15k to 20k som per item, which feels outrageously pricey and there was no alternative. Breakfast was a nightmare – most people only ate eggs, and the rest were large tubs of plain pasta with no sauce, old‑looking fries (who even eats fries for breakfast?), or boiled potatoes and carrots. It seemed the kitchen was more about saving money than cooking edible food, so they could reuse it the next day. I was also nearly overcharged for a night for no clear reason.

For its location the price is very reasonable (in a residential area of central Tashkent?), the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they kept my suitcase for me until evening; the security guard at that time was also courteous. First‑time visitors might get confused about the entrance: I arrived late at night by taxi and saw a T‑shaped intersection with a hotel sign and a door that was locked, but the real entrance was further down the street. I knocked on the locked door, got no answer and panicked, and it took me about ten minutes to find the correct entry. A sign or some notice pointing to the right door would have helped. The building is fairly old, the lock is a traditional key‑type rather than a card, so getting in required a bit of effort.

The breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to the airport and the southern train station. It’s quite dated, though.
