The hot spring was a highlight, and the toilet water pressure was great. The person who showed us around was incredibly polite. However, the room felt cramped and the bed was low, which was a problem for someone with mobility issues because there were stairs to climb up and down. I was disappointed that there were no toothbrushes and the toilet itself was small.
