The commute is very good, parking is free, and shops and restaurants are nearby. The staff could speak English better, and it would be nice to be able to pay for services with a card.

The receptionist was extremely aggressive and rude because we were late checking in due to flight delays from Saudi; he demanded €50 in cash as a penalty. He spoke no English at all, hot water kept going out, and we ran out of toilet paper.

The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, but I was shocked by the overpriced breakfast, which cost 11 euros and offered nothing more than a cappuccino and a cornetto. I was left feeling ripped off and wondered why the hotel even bothered offering such a meager spread.
