The accommodation is ideal for a short stay, beautifully decorated, quiet, and well kept, with a great selection of facilities—especially the washing machines and dryers. The location is convenient, close to convenience stores and restaurants, though the TV is outdated and should be upgraded.

This was our first stay in Singapore. Having heard all about how clean the country is, it was an absolute shock to see the facilities. The bathroom had dead insects, the pillow covers had an offensive odour and the manager did not pick up calls beyond a point. 6 hours after we arrived, someone came to clean the bathroom and said they would not do it everyday. Needless to stay, we left the property and the property has not been responding to emails about a refund in view of the extremely poor condition of the place

I didn't need a key to head straight to the beach, which was a relief. The property was spotless and cozy, and I couldn't find anything I didn't like. There’s a pool and an outdoor smoking area, so everyone’s needs are met. The only gripe was that the toilet paper ran out and we couldn’t locate any more, so we had to buy some at the supermarket—nothing major. The AC was a bit strong, but that’s probably just my sensitivity; most people would appreciate it.

The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Check‑in was smooth, water was available 24/7, and there was easy access to safe drinking water. Having a microwave and food warmer available around the clock was especially convenient and added to the overall comfort. The only downside was that the washing facilities had very limited hours, which could use a bit more flexibility.
