The staff responded well. The food—snacks and dinner—was pathetic and ruined the stay.

“Decent Good place to stay”
The staff really made our stay, going out of their way to be helpful and caring. That being said, the lighting in the room was pretty bad - it felt a bit gloomy.

The location was excellent and close to many other spots. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing was disliked.
The hotel had some nice qualities - the location was decent, the staff were friendly, and the food was pretty good and varied. However, the maintenance was subpar and it felt like some of the amenities they advertised, like a spa, weren't actually available. Plus, the hotel felt a bit old and worn out.
