The place is close to shops, bars, and restaurants, and the restaurant offers a beautiful view. However, construction and traffic outside caused noise, and the staff in the corridors were noisy in the mornings.

We adored the staff and the location, which was ideal for island‑hopping day tours and right in the middle of restaurants and shopping. The rooftop breakfast spot was the most beautiful. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked great, and it was super close to an awesome coffee shop that was essential for us. Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Upon arrival we hit a snag with our transfer from PPS Airport, but Eric, the manager, handled it with great professionalism, reassuring us and suggesting other activities. The hotel’s location is perfect, it’s nice and clean, and the staff are amazing and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding with many daily options, including Sea Cocoon Jam—try it and buy more because you’ll regret not buying enough. The flavors are unique to SC and El Nido. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing really stood out as a problem; everything was straightforward.

The hotel is two blocks from the beach and the port, very clean, with an acceptable breakfast. We stayed four days while a local festival was happening, so we couldn’t sleep continuously any night, though that was outside the hotel’s control. Breakfast is served on floor 6 and offers a great view of the beach and the port.
