Because there was no air conditioning, I didn’t stay at all, so I’m demanding a full refund.

This hostel is the nicest I’ve ever stayed at – clean, comfy, and stylish, with friendly, helpful, professional hosts that made me feel safe as a single woman; I can’t recommend it enough.

It was a nice, friendly place; the host was super helpful when I needed, everyone was polite and friendly, and I’d definitely return.
