Giacomo and Kiara’s warmth surpasses everything; there aren’t enough stars to rate them because they turn your stay into a unique experience, literally feeling at home. We’re incredibly grateful. The room has a few minor issues: the shower leaks a bit outward, the bathroom light switch is broken, and the toilet seat moves, but these small details don’t affect the EXCELLENT experience we had.
