Nothing!!. Very Disappointing Stay — Cleanliness and Serious Room Security Issue This was my first stay at Urban Inn Cyberjaya, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. 1. Poor cleanliness and hygiene The room was not clean when we arrived. We found hair, ants, and stains on the pillowcase and bedcover. The bathroom was also dirty and had an unpleasant smell. This was far below the standard we expected from the photos and description of the property. 2. Serious room security concern The most concerning incident happened on our first night. My daughter accidentally used our room access card on the door of the room next door, and the door actually opened. She only realised that someone was inside the room after opening the door and immediately ran back to our room. We were extremely concerned and confused about how our access card could open another guest's room. I reported the incident to the reception the following day and explained what had happened. Because of this serious security concern, my family and I no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel. We therefore decided to check out one day earlier than our original check-out date. I requested a refund for the unused night, but the receptionist informed me that the manager had said that no refund could be provided. Despite this, we chose to leave early because we did not feel safe staying there. 3. Photos do not accurately reflect the property The photos shown and Urban Inn's website gave us a very different impression of the hotel and rooms compared with what we actually experienced. In reality, the property looked old and was not as clean or well-maintained as represented in the photos. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, the serious room-access/security incident, and the difference between the advertised photos and the actual condition of the property made this a very disappointing experience. This was my first and last stay at Urban Inn Cyberjaya

The place was clean, but that was also the only thing that was lacking.

The staff were truly amazing and helpful; when I requested a room change, the sweet lady at reception was quick and assisted me. I appreciate it. The hotel is a bit far from everything, and the main issue is that anyone can access my room via the stairs; I think the rooms should have a lockable door that opens with a card for safety.
