Hotel Rio Verde

The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the breakfast wasn’t very diverse but everything tasted delicious, the location was good, the internet worked well, and the facilities were clean. We asked for fresh toilet paper before leaving because it ran out, but when we returned the request hadn’t been fulfilled and we had to get it from reception. The air‑conditioning also seemed to be malfunctioning; it blew cold air but couldn’t properly cool the room, and at several points I felt heat during the night. Finally, although the rooms appeared clean, some towels had stains.

My stay was marred by several issues, but the reception staff's courtesy made a positive impression. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hallway and the condition of the breakfast area's furniture were major concerns. The room itself had some significant problems.
