The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut, and the bathtub was not accessible as I had requested.

My stay at this hotel was a complete letdown, as everything seemed to go wrong from start to finish. Despite the hotel's best efforts, I was left feeling thoroughly unimpressed by the lack of quality and attention to detail.
