The location to Rutgers is great, and the shower has strong pressure with plenty of hot water. The lady at the desk was very nice. However, water splashed onto the floor during showers, and the towel rack fell off the wall but I managed to put it back. When I asked for a copy of the bill at checkout, the young woman told me “since I booked the room through a third party get the receipt from them.” That was not very good customer service.
